Impact Coaching Solutions was founded by Guillermo Mendoza in 2011 to make things happen, its mission is to create faster and better results in your life, job, career, business, relationships.

Impact Coaching Solutions is the only authorized coach and training center for the International Coaching Community (ICC), in the United States.

The International Coaching Community is one of the largest professional membership organizations of coaching in the world. Using the Lambent Coaching Methodology exclusively, the ICC was established in London in 2001.  Currently they have more than 6000 Certified Coaches in 60 Countries and Certified Trainers training in over 16 languages.
