The  2012 Small Business Planning Workshop is a two day learning experience simple and easy for small business, entrepreneurs and solopreneurs.  It is limited to 8-16 business owners, presidents, managing partners or directors of small businesses from non competing industries or marketsYou may bring one partner or associate from your company.

This is a hands-on workshop so come with your laptop and be ready to work with your information. After each topic is presented the group will break out into teams to develop specific information and start building components that will be used later in your detailed annual plan. The materials for the workshop and lunch will be provided.
